What if I don't know all the information requested for an employee?

For the purpose of getting a quote, you may estimate an employee's date of birth, ZIP code, or other information. However, the quote you receive will be based on this information and may change when the correct information is entered.

 

Your employees will also have the opportunity to update this information through the online enrollment process.
