HAP Personal Alliance is offered through Alliance Health and Life Insurance Company, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Health Alliance Plan (HAP), a nonprofit health plan based in Detroit. HAP has more than five decades of experience in providing customers high quality health coverage.
